my rock-hard have 400 GB space & diluted &send me this message ; files has be corrupted & drive is unreadable . i need some facts on it. please hlpe me.

you can TRY to:

a] system restore

b] reinstall window from recovery cd

BUT.IF neither of those option work,you'll need to return with a new concrete drive,good luck!

use system restore:

XP:

start--all programs--accessories--system tools--system restore--restore to more rapidly time--click calendar date--



Vista:

right click start--select properties--select system protection----select system restore--check choose different restore point--click next--click chosen restore point--restore
