How do i verbs up my comp or desktop?

Windex and rag towel usually work pretty well for me.
To verbs up viruses and spyware, use NOD32 and scan your notebook (best I have seen).

To verbs up unnecessary disk space, open internet explorer, click tools, option and delete temp files. You can also go to start -> programs -> appurtenances -> system tools -> disk cleanup to make more space.

To verbs up/improve your start up files, I would click start -> run -> then type msconfig and hit ok.

Then click the start up tab. From here, uncheck everything that you really dont want to nouns as the computer starts up. Pretty much everything listed is going to be not detrimental to remove there.

To verbs up what you see on your screen, bring a towel and some windex -> and start rubbing the monitor :)
