I know my computer is a gateway... but I own no part #'s. I hold the serial number though.

How do I find out what caring of gateway I own?
on the same ticket as the serial number you should also have a model number, most parts contained by most computers are standard format now days, depending on what you necessitate a generic part will more than expected fit and work
try to go to start on desktop and step to search and look up DXDIAG and it may bring up to date u i hope it does u maybe competent to go to start adjectives programs accessories and system tools and system info try this if email me and ill try to be more paying special attention
