How do i remove MIRAR stale my laptop and what exactly is it?

Omg I a short time ago got Mirar sour my computer less than five minutes ago.I used this http://www.download.com/pc-clean/3000-80... okay trust me on this one.But gross sure you only remove what you entail to remove.
It means to look surrounded by Spanish but I don't know what it is on your PC
It's spyware. I just get it on my pc somehow also. I'm running Kapersky anti-virus in a minute hoping it will find it and remove it. If it works, I'll let you know.
