How do I clear the short-term ffiles so I can burn a DVD?

I'm using Nero and it say that I need so much bare space out of C:\DOCUME~1\Mark\LOCALS~1\Temp... How do I delete these files and how do I know which ones to delete?

In the search box type



*.temp



once the check out is over select all and after press shift+del

Go to your control panel, and click on manufacture room on hard drive..or something similar to that...temporary files can be delete safely...it will gross the suggestions for you..and you choose what you want deleted
Go to Windows Explorer and type within the name of the profile to see whats in at hand. Then delete the contents of the file.
<systemDriveLetter>:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp\

is the intervening directory, you can delete everything in it in need any concern. Also temporary internet files can be delete if you want.
