How do I uninstall the operating system from my computer?

How do I uninstall the operating system from my computer?

If you want to turn your computer into zilch but 0s and 1s there is software online you can get hold of that will do it. System Mechanic 7 from IOLO has a program that will do it. You can download a free 30 afternoon trial version of it. Download the erase program onto a floppy or disc and then put into action it.

Then it will erase your hard drive.
a short time ago format the drive which you always enjoy the option of doing when installing a brand new os
Format.
Depends what os you're talking in the region of. If its xp and NTFS, use your xp cd to format, If its win me or 98 or 95 you use a floppy startup disk to format.
Before formatting the drive, you need to stern up anything on it that you want to save.

Formatting removes everything on the drive.

If you are shifting from one Windows version to another, use an upgrade disk, which should walk off your personal data intact while varying the Windows files.

It's still a good notion to have a backup surrounded by case something go wrong.
U can't. Think about it, how can u uninstall ur os when u are useing it? U can't. If u want to upgrade ur os enunciate from xp home to xp pro or from xp to vista when u do the install of the new os ur ancient os will be deleted. U can reformat to run 2 different os's but I really don't insist on that unless ur an experienced tech. Running 2 os's can cause trouble.
you can format it.
you can remove it from the add/remove preference in the control panel of your system.
