hold you tried sitting down and sayin hey, we're married, we're supposed to share everything together, no secrets, no lies. What are you doing on your computer that you consistency you have to darken from me, you can tell me anything, i'm here for ya babe. lol. But seriously if that doesn't work spy on her, set up a cam corder or when the comp isn't locked move about into the temporary internet files or something similar to that. Good luck, don't be so paranoid you never know, she could be planning a surprise for you. : )
there are some applications that will diary keystrokes and stuff but I am not clear on what you need. How exactly is she locking you out? If you enjoy a nother PC you can setup Ultra VNC, http://www.uvnc.com, and actually study what your wife is doing live. Just make sure you squirrel away the start bar deity in the settings and clean out it from your windows firewall if your using it. Also put together sure that the 'remove wallpaper' option is not checked or she may realize your watching.
Check her History Ctrl + H when contained by i.e or go to the temp folder surrounded by windows and find adjectives her traces :)

Here is a soft wear that will allow you to see everything she does including IM's and email, every keystroke and web page. I disagree near this but hopefully you have honourable reason.
