Do a diagnostics scan at Crucial.com or capture Sandra SIS Software and do a motherboard/system/memory scan and get the details of what considerate of RAM your desktop needs.

Then dance to Newegg, Pricewatch, or your local computer shop and buy some more RAM.

From there you will hold to unplug your computer, open it and install the RAM into the Motherboard. Plug your computer pay for in and restart.
Fairly simple.buy another stick of memory, unambiguous your tower, insert the new stick into an abandon memory slot. Unless you don't have any unstop memory slots, then buy a bigger stick. You can buy them surrounded by 256MB, 512MB, 1Gig. Hope this helps.
It depends on the engineer and model of your machine. One place you can try is www.buymemory.com. They can be activate helpful.
