How can I communicate if my CPU or RAM is messed up?

Windows Install keep screwing up so I reckon its hardware error.

How can I communicate if my CPU or RAM is messed up?

You may have a dirty disc ROM player. Get a simple cleaner at a store and run it. Or buy a newer DVD ROM to replace the CD ROM player.
If you go and get any type of screen next to letters on it and such, your hardwares probably fine. If window boots up at all theres no prob. Are you trying to reinstall window? Do you have a cd?
You're pretty indistinct about your problem.

Try cleaning your disk and or CD-ROM drive first.

To see if that's the problem.

Does your compuer boot? if so later your CPU and RAM are probably fine. It's more likely to be your OS (Windows) or possibly your frozen drive that's screwed up.
Reseat the CPU and the RAM and take out any PCI cards you hold and try the install again.
